At KB Derma, we want you to feel confident in your skincare purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns of defective or damaged items under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Please note that returns not meeting these criteria may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Important:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
